The reason Ai-Wall is different from other wallpapers
Ai-Wall was developed in 2002, and the patent application has been submitted since. We continue to further research and develop new and satisfying products. Igusa Straw only contains 30% of fiber, which traditionally did not make an ideal component for wallpaper production. However, Mr. Junpei Kanesashi, who has developed Ai-Wall, was initially asked by the Fukuro elementary school in the environmentally conscious city of Minamata to create an earth friendly wallpaper during the school's renovation, and he was able to successfully develop Ai-Wall. Unlike traditional Japanese wallpaper, Ai-Wall is the only one of its kind in the world. There is no other wallpaper like Ai-Wall.
